Article Summary

Use Case: We offer 2 different billing options when an audit firm adds a client to NetLease:

  1.  Bill Client - We will grant the client a free NetLease license and ask the client to pay when they exceed 3 leases.

  2.  Bill Firm - We will bill the firm for client access at 50% the price of NetLease. The firm will only be billed when a client user is added. The price will be calculated based on the Estimated Lease Count field.

Bill Firm Step by Step:

*Note: We recommend selecting Bill Firm as the Default Billing Method on the firms Admin page if you intend to resell the software to your clients. This will ensure that the default setting for all new clients is Bill Firm

  1. Click on the Admin tab

  2. Click Admin Actions and select New Client

  3. Enter your clients initial lease count in the Expected Lease Count field. This is the number you will be billed for (at a 50% discount).

  4. Check the box for Bill Firm

  5. Click Update

  6. Add a client user

Bill Client Step by Step:

  1. Click on the Admin tab

  2. Click Admin Actions and select New Client

  3. Check the box for Bill Client

  4. Click Update

  5. Add a client user
