Overview

After the lease information has been entered into the NetLease system, the next step in the implementation process is to review and validate the lease information. The following are recommended pages in NetLease that can be used to validate the data upload. 

Lease Header Data Validation

Navigation: Reports > Management Report > Lease Header Data

This list shows all leases present in the system and can be exported from this page to assist with validation. This list can be useful to validate the following:

  • Number of leases
  • Lease Types
  • Primary Information 
  • Segmentation Data 

Schedule Line Validation

Navigation: Reports > Management Reports > Financing / Operating Lease Schedule Data

This list shows all schedule lines for each classification of lease and can be exported from this page to assist with validation. Once exported, this list can be filtered to show all periods for a specific lease or all lease lines for a specific period. This list can be useful to validate the following:

  • Lease Payment Amounts
  • ROU and Lease Liability Values
  • Lease Expense and Amortization Values
