AI Lease Contract Upload

Use Case:

A user can use AI to read a lease contract and assist in pulling key pieces of information.

Steps:

1. Create a New Lease

2.  Click the Upload Files button and select a PDF to upload

3. Note that your lease will (a) populate values on the left and (b) highlight key data in the contract on the right. Click Jump to Lease Creation to create a draft lease with the populated information.

4. Review your lease contract and make sure to populate all required fields (like Discount Rate %). Note that the lease contract is saved under the Documents subtab.
