Termination Reversal

Use Case: A lease termination has been made erroneously and needs to be reversed. 

Step By Step Process:

• Navigate to the lease record of the termination you would like to reverse.
• Click on the Lease Action drop menu at the top of the page and choose Reverse Termination.
• A window will appear--confirm you would like to reverse the termination.
• Once complete you will see the lines that were removed from the schedule have been restored.
• You can see that the termination was reversed under the Terminations tab at the bottom of the lease record. In the status column it will say Reversed.
